The Minato Japanese Restaurant, operated by Nippon Kai, adjoins The Bistro. This small outlet is a favourite with Sushi lovers and other Japanese specialties. Amongst the tempting appetisers, we recommend a mouth-watering Octopus Takoyaki, served with a rich aromatic sauce. Or try Thai or Japanese style salads, or Sashimi Uni and Hamachi fish.
